Terms of Use
The rules for using dalihasolutions.com.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use dalihasolutions.com (the "website"). The website is run by Daliha Solutions, a sole trader business (enskild firma) registered in Sweden, organisation number 761216-4876, Rådmansgatan 45, 442 30 Kungälv, Sweden ("we", "us"). By using the website, you accept these terms.
2. What the website is
The website is an information hub about crypto wallets, exchanges, crypto news and crypto payments for businesses. We share our own experience and publicly available information.
We do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We do not hold, exchange, transfer or manage crypto-assets or money for anyone. See our Disclaimer.
3. Third-party services and referral links
We link to services run by other companies, such as wallets, exchanges and MiraclePay. Some links are referral links, and we may get a commission or other benefit if you sign up through them. This never costs you anything extra, and we always say when a link is a referral link.
When you use a third-party service, your agreement is with that company, and its terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for its services, availability, fees or security.
4. MiraclePay for merchants
Daliha Solutions is an independent partner and not part of MiraclePay. If you become a merchant, your contract is with MiraclePay. We help you understand the options and find the right way to sign up.
5. Using the website
You may use the website for personal and business information purposes. You may not:
- use it for anything unlawful or misleading
- try to disrupt it, break its security or collect data from it automatically
- send us content that is harmful, infringing or unlawful through our forms
6. Content and intellectual property
Texts, design and graphics on the website belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts with a clear source. Any other copying needs our written permission. Brand names and logos of third parties belong to their owners.
7. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information correct and up to date, but crypto markets and regulation change fast. We cannot guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free. Prices shown via third-party widgets may be delayed. We may change or pause the website at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, from decisions you make based on its content, or from third-party services we link to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version published on the website applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
