1. Who we are

This website, dalihasolutions.com, is run by Daniel and Linda under the name Daliha Solutions. The data controller responsible for your personal data is Daliha Solutions, a sole trader business (enskild firma) registered in Sweden, organisation number 761216-4876, Rådmansgatan 45, 442 30 Kungälv, Sweden.

2. What we collect and why

When you send us an enquiry

Our forms (for example the MiraclePay merchant enquiry and the contact form) collect your name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), country, type of business, where you sell, your message and your consent.

• Purpose: to answer you, understand your needs and, if you want to go ahead, guide you to the right sign-up.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR art. 6.1 b and f).
• How long: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless an ongoing relationship means we need to keep it longer.

When you sign up for our newsletter

We store your email address (and name, if you give it) to send you news and updates. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1 a). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we delete your address when you unsubscribe.

When you email us

We keep your emails and the details in them so we can reply and follow up. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence.

When you visit the website

Our website platform collects technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, to run the site securely and, if you accept analytics cookies, to produce visitor statistics. Read more in our Cookie Policy.

3. Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Squarespace, which hosts the website, forms and newsletter list, as our data processor.
• Our email provider, which stores the messages we send and receive.
• MiraclePay, but only if you ask us to introduce you, and only the details needed for that.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the USA. When that happens, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Links to other websites

Our site links to wallets, exchanges and other services. Some links are referral links, so the other company can see that you came from us. When you visit another site, its own privacy policy applies.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted, or its use restricted
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before

6. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to keep your data safe.

7. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
