2. What we are, and what we are not

Daliha Solutions is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) and is not authorised or supervised by Finansinspektionen or any other financial authority. We do not hold, exchange, transfer or manage crypto-assets or money for anyone.

3. Licences and regulation (MiCA)

In the EU, crypto-asset service providers need authorisation under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). We favour platforms that have it, and we show licence status where we can. Licences can change, so always check the current status in ESMA's MiCA register before you sign up.

MEXC is not authorised under MiCA and does not have the licences required to provide crypto-asset services in the EU. We mention it only because it is currently the only exchange that lists Phoenic (PNIC). Using a platform without EU authorisation means you have less protection.

4. Referral links

Some links on the website are referral links. If you sign up through them, we may receive a commission or other benefit, at no extra cost to you. We mark these links clearly. We only recommend services we use ourselves or consider trustworthy, but a referral link is never a guarantee.

5. Prices and market data

Prices shown on the website come from third parties such as TradingView and MEXC. They may be delayed or wrong and are for information only.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying tax on your crypto-assets. In Sweden, see the Swedish Tax Agency (skatteverket.se).
